Drive Culvert or Yard Pipe Permit

Franklin Township, Wayne County, Ohio

Permits are required on drive culverts and yard pipes in Franklin Township, Wayne County, Ohio on roads under the jurisdiction of the Franklin Township Trustees. County and State roads are under their own policies. Fill out this permit application and return to Franklin Township for approval.

Specifications:

Drive culverts must be a minimum of 12” od x 20’ length. Fill out this permit application completely. Stake or flag proposed location of pipe. Return this application to Franklin Township. Franklin Township will determine the appropriate size.

Yard pipes must be no smaller od than the drive culvert. A catch basin may be required on the upstream side of the culvert and every 50’ on the downstream side.
